Founded by worship and creative arts leader Tyon Bell, WATT equips churches, worship leaders, and creative teams with the tools and guidance needed to strengthen their ministry culture and develop leaders from within.
With more than two decades of ministry experience serving churches ranging from 500 to 3,500+ members, Tyon has helped worship ministries grow in both spiritual depth and organizational strength. His work focuses on helping churches move beyond simply leading songs toward building thriving worship cultures that develop people, strengthen teams, and support long-term ministry health.
Through consulting, coaching, and leadership development frameworks, WATT helps churches strengthen worship teams, develop leaders from within, and build sustainable ministry structures that support long-term growth.

With over 25 years in worship ministry, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring and training worship teams across the United States and Canada. Through those experiences, I’ve seen that healthy worship and creative ministries don’t happen by accident—they grow through intentional leadership, strong team culture, and clear ministry systems.
