For more than two decades, I’ve had the privilege of serving worship and creative teams across churches of different sizes, cultures, and seasons of ministry.
Through those experiences, I’ve seen that healthy worship ministries don’t happen by accident. They are built through intentional leadership, strong team culture, spiritual formation, and practical systems that help people thrive together.
